I can work face-to-face, via skype/facetime, or by telephone with both individuals and couples. I am based at Burgate, on the western edge of the New Forest in Hampshire, around five minutes drive from the town of Fordingbridge and around 15 from the city of Salisbury.

Sessions last for 50 minutes and are generally held weekly. I work flexible hours and so can accommodate those requiring appointments before or after work, as well as during the day (from 7.00am ā€“ 8.00pm, Monday ā€“ Friday). Some weekend appointments are also available.

TESTIMONIALS

My therapy sessions with Jo Frost helped me gain a more positive outlook and consequently made me a much happier person. I found Jo to be very genuine in her desire to help through a very difficult period in my life.

Michael, Hertfordshire

I was both cynical and sceptical about counselling until I was persuaded to try it following a separation and bereavement. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Jo very quickly led me to understand the cause and nature of my problems which allowed me to overcome them.
